工作职责: 1. Participate in client visits/exhibition/webinar etc., and be skilled in product introduction, including giving solutions to customer requirement; 2. Asist the after-sales team to deal with customer feedback or complaints, timely respond to customer needs; 3. Do the product training for the customer,also on-site support/service，helping to analysis some rootcause and confirm the result; 4. Collect local marketing information,customer information, competitor informations, etc. do the customer visit and maintain the good relationship. 任职资格: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering related; 2. More than 3 years of new energy industry working experiences, PV industry will be a plus; 3. With strong ability to analyze and solve problems, as well as client reception and communication skills; 4.Accept business trips, mostly in India.
