Responsibilities: 1. Project Progress Strong Follow-up项目进度跟进 - Enhance execution speed and responsiveness of the Mexico team by leveraging effective tools to track key milestones—from sample approval and quotation through sales orders, supply chain, and production—driving timely feedback and on-time delivery. - Conduct daily on-site meetings, follow up on reported outcomes, and relay project progress and resource needs to group management in real time. - Work closely with the China team to secure more efficient end-to-end supply-chain support. - 提升墨西哥团队的执行力和反馈速度,使用好的工具跟进项目在样品报价,销售订单,供应链及生产流程等关键节点的进度,推动墨西哥团队的及时反馈,确保及时交付; - 日常现场会议的汇报及结果跟进,同步项目进展及项目需求给到集团管理层; - 和中国团队紧密配合,协同中国团队提供更有效率的供应链支持。 2. Customer Service & Business Alignment客户服务及业务对接 - On site sales management: collaborate with group sales team to guarantee on-time execution at every service touchpoint—sample preparation, quotation, sales-order fulfillment, and after-sales follow-up. - Accompany customers on periodic factory audits, promptly address on-site improvement feedback, and ensure all subsequent production orders continue to meet customer requirements. - Translate customer requirements into clear tasks for internal R&D, quality, and planning teams to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction - 销售管理,和销售团队一起确保销售服务的各个节点,包括样品制作、报价、销售订单及时交付以及售后跟进; - 定期陪同客户验厂,及时跟进现场改进反馈,确保后续生产订单以符合客户需要; - 将客户需求转成内部研发、质量、计划等各个环节,提升客户满意度。 3. Focus on Economic Indicators经济指标 - Take with a finance-oriented mindset, monitor and analyze P&L, cost reports, and KPI dashboards to ensure plant-level control of labor cost, material yield, and overall manufacturing expenses in line with corporate economic targets. - Monitor end-to-end supply-chain cost management by reducing slow-moving inventory and continuously optimizing transportation and warehousing costs - 具有财务分析思维,通过财务报表以及各类成本分析报表,关注墨西哥工厂人工、原材料利用率等各项制造成本的管控,并符合公司经济指标目标 - 供应链成本管控,包括呆滞库存、物流运输成本、仓储成本等 4. Team and Culture团队与文化 - Serve as the bridge between the China headquarters and the Mexico team, ensuring that corporate objectives are accurately conveyed and rigorously executed while continuously refining cross-cultural collaboration processes. - Train and coach the Mexico on-site management team to raise overall leadership effectiveness. - Working as Trayton’s culture ambassador to execute and promote RICE culture. - 作为中国团队和墨西哥团队的桥梁,确保集团的业务目标能准确的传达并且实际的推进执行,持续优化跨文化协作流程; - 培训并指导墨西哥现场管理团队,并提升管理效能 - 作为特雷通的文化大使,践行并推广集团的大米文化 Experience/Education Required 5+ years of overseas project experience in sales, finance, or production management. Proficient in manufacturing ERP systems and end-to-end process flows. Fluent in Spanish and able to communicate with customers in English. 5 年以上海外项目服务经验,具有销售,财务管理或者生产管理经验; 熟悉制造业ERP 系统,并且了解整个系统的流程; 精通西班牙语,并且可用英文与客户进行沟通; Personality Required Demonstrated cross-cultural leadership with the ability to align the interests of China headquarters and the Mexico local team. Strong results orientation to ensure corporate objectives are met. Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure. 具备跨文化领导力,能协调中国总部与墨西哥本地团队的利益诉求。 有很强的目标感,确保公司的目标达成 抗压能力强
