*About the Role:** We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Rail & Intermodal Product Manager** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, pricing, and management of intermodal products, with a strong focus on rail-based multimodal transportation. This role requires strong product management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to optimize operational efficiency while driving growth in our multimodal logistics business. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, price, and manage intermodal (sea-rail, rail-road, rail-barge) products in China. * Lead the expansion and development of multimodal transportation product routes. * Develop and manage the company’s railway multimodal transportation business. * Negotiate with downstream carriers and stakeholders, including railway pricing agreements. * Optimize the company’s railway transportation business and improve efficiency. * Take initiative to improve the company’s logistics system, including procurement, supply, and distribution processes. * Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, operations, procurement) to ensure product competitiveness and profitability. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field. * Proven experience in railway logistics, multimodal or intermodal transportation (minimum 3–5 years). * Strong knowledge of rail, sea, and road logistics operations in China. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships. * Analytical mindset with experience in pricing, product design, and optimization. * Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken). * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package and performance-based incentives. * Opportunity to shape and expand the company’s multimodal product portfolio. * A dynamic, international working environment with professional growth opportunities. * Participation in strategic projects within one of the fastest-growing sectors of logistics.
