岗位职责： 1.负责国外市场矿山机械耐磨件、易损件等产品的渠道开发并达成销售目标； 2.定期进行区域市场调研及信息搜集，并进行需求转换，及时对负责区域业务工作计划做出调整； 3.对客户设备工况信息进行搜集研判，推荐适合客户的耐磨材料解决方案； 4.协调内部资源，解决客户在使用产品过程中遇到的问题，提高客户满意度。 任职要求： 1.全日制本科及以上学历，机械、金属材料成型、选矿及国际贸易等相关专业； 2.英语熟练，可以使用英语和客户进行商务交流； 3.有金属矿山选矿设备、钢球（研磨体）、破碎机、磨机、浮选设备、渣浆泵或配件等行业国际贸易销售3年以上经验者优先； 4.有国外市场3年及以上客户开发服务经验，有国外市场金属选矿业市场相关产品客户服务及销售服务经验者优先； 5.熟悉现场拜访及展会推广等途径，熟练使用网络社交平台等营销工具； 6.能适应国内外短期出差； 7.年龄35岁以下，特别优秀可放宽限制。 说明： 1.销售自有工厂产品，工厂提供完善的技术/售后支持； 2.奖金挂钩销售回款，季度发放； 3.提供启动客户、展会推广、营销工具等销售资源支持； 4.提供完整产品技术培训。 Job Responsibilities： 1.Responsible for customer development and achievement of sales goals for wear-resistant parts, consumable parts and other products of mining equipments in foreign markets； 2.Conduct regular regional market research and information collection, and conduct demand conversion, and make timely adjustments to the regional business work plan； 3.Collect and judge customer equipment working condition information, and recommend wear-resistant material solutions suitable for customers； 4.Coordinate internal resources, solve problems encountered by customers in the process of using products, and improve customer satisfaction. Job Requirements： 1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, metal material forming, mineral processing and international trade, etc.； 2. Proficient in English, proficient to communicate with customers in business negotiation； 3. More than 3 years of experience in international trade and sales in metal mine mineral processing equipment, steel ball (grinding media), crusher, grinding mill, flotation equipment, slurry pump or accessories, etc. is preferred； 4. 3 years or more experience in customer development and service in foreign markets, and experience in customer service and sales service of related products in the mineral processing in foreign markets is preferred； 5. Familiar with on-site visits and exhibition promotion, and proficient in using marketing tools such as online social platforms； 6. Can adapt to short-term business trips domestic and abroad； 7.Under 35 years of age, with flexibility for exceptionally outstanding candidates.
