In your role as a Process Expert (m/f/d) Operations Management, you will assume responsibility for international projects and processes in the areas of production and logistics, including the management and implementation of optimization initiatives. · You will manage and monitor target achievement, taking into account time, cost, and quality specifications. · In close collaboration with global interfaces, you will actively shape the further development of the production and logistics process landscape. · You will support the establishment and further development of a global performance management system, including KPI logic and dashboards. · By analyzing existing processes, you will identify potential for improvement and implement sustainable measures to increase efficiency. · In addition, you will uncover new potential within the business unit and promote the further expansion of the international supply chain business. Profile · Study: Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering · Professional Experience: 5-8 Years · Requirements: Successfully completed business or technical degree with a focus on production engineering, production management, or a comparable qualification · Several years of professional experience in project management in an industrial environment, ideally with an international focus · Sound knowledge of Lean Management, CIP, or comparable process optimization methods · High analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a self-driven, solution- and implementation-oriented approach · Very good knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage · Strong entrepreneurial thinking combined with goal- and customer-orientation, as well as strong conceptual skills · Very good written and spoken English skills · Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
