To support our growth strategy in China, we’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional with strong industry connections to spearhead our business development efforts in this exciting region. ________________________________________ Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Sales Manager to lead the development of the MedTech & HealthTech business in China. This role will be responsible for expanding the customer base, focusing on EMS & JDM business models, and establishing long-term partnerships with key medical industry players. The ideal candidate is an aggressive hunter, well-connected in the Medtech industry, with a proven track record of winning new programs and closing complex manufacturing and engineering service deals. Key Responsibilities 61 Develop and execute sales strategies to grow MedTech EMS business in the China market 61 Identify, approach, and secure new customers within medical device and healthcare technology companies 61 Leverage existing relationships with key MedTech OEMs, contract manufacturers, and ecosystem partners 61 Lead end62to62end sales activities: prospecting, qualification, RFQ proposal, negotiation, and contract closure 61 Work closely with engineering, R&D, operations, and supply chain teams to support customer requirements 61 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in MedTech 61 Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with measurable revenue targets 61 Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings ________________________________________ Qualifications & Experience 61 7+ years of proven new business development success in the MedTech CMO / CDMO, with a strong focus on hunting and closing new projects. 61 Demonstrated ability to originate opportunities from the connections, penetrate target accounts, and close complex, high-value MedTech programs 61 Established personal network with senior decision-makers (VP, Director, Head of Procurement/Engineering) at leading MedTech OEMs in China and multinational companies operating in China 61 Strong track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets, ideally with documented multi-million USD/RMB deal closures 61 Deep understanding of medical device manufacturing processes, cost drivers, and value propositions in EMS (electronics, system integration, box build, test, sterilization-ready products, etc.) 61 Hands-on experience managing RFQs, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and long sales cycles typical of MedTech programs 61 Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, influence technical, quality, supply chain, and executive teams to drive deal closure 61 Solid knowledge of MedTech regulatory and quality requirements (ISO 13485, FDA, NMPA) and their commercial impact 61 Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and build a pipeline without brand leverage 61 Strong executive presence with the ability to sell at C-level and regional/global HQ level 61 Fluent in Mandarin and English; comfortable presenting and negotiating in both languages ________________________________________ What We Offer 61 Opportunity to build and shape a new MedTech business within a public listed company 61 Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives 61 High visibility role with direct impact on corporate growth strategy
