Sourcing , evaluating and qualifying competitive suppliers on purposes of new product development , localization 、cost 、 quality and delivery improvement ，ensuring continuity of supply , consistency of quality and competitive price 3. Drive cost savings for assigned commodities and optimize material costs to achieve defined cost target and budget. 4. Suppliers quality performance control and management , work with Maschio quality department and suppliers to improve material & delivery quality and also production process improvement . 5. Control material inventory to a reasonable level
