工作职责: 61Regional Business Coordination: Coordinate with headquarters to formulate EU business strategies and achieve regional sales targets. 61Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop key EU customer/distributor relationships and address their needs promptly. 61Market Development: Be responsible for market research and analysis of pump products (industrial pumps, nuclear power pumps, water supply and drainage pumps, chemical pumps, etc.) in the EU region, formulate targeted sales strategies, and achieve annual sales targets. 61Compliance Management: Ensure EU operations comply with local laws and handle relevant certifications (such as CE, ISO and environmental requirements). 61Cross-departmental Collaboration: Feedback EU market demands to headquarters and promote product optimization and localization. 61Partner Coordination: Support EU distributors/agents in daily operations to ensure smooth sales network operation. 61Reporting: Regularly report EU business status, risks and market dynamics to headquarters for decision-making. 61Participate in EU industry exhibitions and technical seminars to enhance Kaiquan’s brand visibility and influence in the European market. 61Handle customer inquiries, product selection recommendations, quoting, contract negotiation and signing to ensure a smooth sales process. 61Track the entire order execution process, coordinate with production, logistics and technical support departments to ensure on-time and quality product delivery. 61Be responsible for accounts receivable management to ensure timely collection and reduce bad debt risks. 61Coordinate the headquarters technical team to provide customized solutions (e.g., large-scale pump system design) for EU customers. 任职资格: 61Education Background: Bachelor’s or above in International Business, Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Marketing or related fields; pump industry experience is a must. 61Work Experience: ≥3 years in the pump/mechanical industry with solid EU market exposure; EU customer resources or distributor networks are preferred; international trade/customs experience is a plus. 61Language Skills: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); proficiency in at least one EU official language (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is mandatory. 61Professional Competence: Familiar with the EU pump market and relevant regulations/certifications; strong business development, negotiation and communication skills; proactive and result-oriented; proficient in Office and CRM systems, with basic product selection software operation capabilities. 61Other Requirements: Valid legal EU work authorization (essential); willing to travel frequently within the EU; high integrity, strong sense of responsibility, team-oriented and able to work under pressure; identify with Kaiquan’s corporate culture.
