岗位职责 (Job Responsibilities): 1. 制定海外化工产品线规划,协调研发/生产/销售资源,主导产品全周期管理。Develop overseas product strategies, coordinate R&D/production/sales teams for end-to-end product lifecycle management. 2. 分析目标市场(欧美/亚太)需求与竞争格局,输出产品定位及定价建议。Analyze market needs & competition (EU/NA/APAC), define product positioning & pricing strategies. 3. 管理海外项目落地,制定执行计划,监控进度并解决跨部门协作问题。Lead overseas project execution, resolve cross-functional issues to ensure on-time delivery. 4. 为海外客户提供技术解决方案,维护重点客户关系,支持业务增长。Provide technical solutions for overseas clients, maintain key accounts to drive business growth. 5. 跟踪全球化工材料行业趋势,输出竞品分析及战略建议。 Monitor global industry trends, deliver competitor analysis & strategic recommendations. 任职资格Qualifications: 1.本科及以上学历,化工/材料/化学相关专业。Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Materials Science/Chemistry. 2.3年+化工行业经验,有产品管理或跨国项目协调经历。3+ years in chemical industry with product management or global project experience. 3.英语流利(书面报告+商务沟通),可独立对接海外客户。Fluent English (writing & speaking) for client-facing communication. 加分项Nice-to-have: - 熟悉化工产品出口流程(如MSDS、物流合规)。Knowledge of chemical export compliance (MSDS, logistics regulations). - 有技术文档撰写经验(产品手册/检测报告)。 Experience in technical documentation (product specs/test reports). - 适应高频短期海外出差(年均8-12周)。Willing to travel overseas 8-12 weeks annually.
