Scope of responsibility - Customer onboarding - Customer support (CS) (mainly for Chinese customers) - Operational monitoring (of European operations) - Operational support (to European operations) - Customer invoicing Main missions : - Accountable for the above-mentioned scope - Design the internal and customer procedures (SOP) together with the European teams - Manage and train the CS team - Analyze the anomalies and provide/suggest solutions - Product owner for the necessary IT developments
